This is a second generation of the Ranchero lineage but it has very different things than its predecessor (1st generation), are based on Ford's compact Falcon which make more smaller, lighter, and cheaper cause it more saving fuel consumption. All of it as a baseline to fight foreign Beetle and Japanese cars invasion on the US market at the time.

Marketed as the Falcon Ranchero it still same as predecessor form fairly cool 2-door coupe utility body style come with an economical 144 cu in (2.4 L) straight-6 engine mated 3-speed manual transmission with shift stick at the column, all looks greats and deserves to be preserved.
